Coordinated task-accountability email designs for Edfyed, bringing together the Doer-facing reminder for pending task items and the Owner-facing follow-up digest for shared assignments. Both views distinguish items with no progress log from items with a recorded update, highlight overdue deadlines and required actions, and provide a direct route to the Edfyed Task List.
A redesigned action-management experience that transforms the former assignment register into a clear, dashboard-style Actions Board. The register presents actions in a compact table with Open, Completed and Overdue tabs; Owner and Doer accountability; due-date countdowns; and original Edfyed status badges. Detailed action briefs, progress history and workflow controls remain available in the detail view, while completed records can surface deadline outcomes, ratings and final-detail links when recorded in the source.
Updated corporate website student-support experience bringing the Get Help Now service directory together with two distinct email templates. Students can explore the service directory, request an appointment, or ask for a call-back. The email templates are designed for the relevant service point of contact, with student details included and the required To/CC/BCC routing to be applied by the connected email-sending workflow.
Student-facing self-help module for international Bachelor’s and Master’s students preparing Spanish immigration documents. It guides students through the EX-17 and Modelo 790-012 process, official resources, document checks and step-by-step learning, with email-based support requests routed to Raveen Ahmed for NIE, TIE and residency guidance. The page is designed to help students prepare their documents before payment and police submission; current fee details must always be verified on the official portal.
